07/23 Update [Persona adjustments & Awakening effects available]
※ Increased the basic value of the returning Personas, [Arbiter Inase] and [Inked Gold Rouffe]. For further details please check out the "Announcement Regarding Adjustments to Persona Combat Stats and Awaken Stat Bonuses" that was released on 2023/4/3.
Updated Arbiter Inase's skills and added Awakening effects to her skills

Heaven's Vision:
Original Skill:
All enemies take damage equal to 125% of ATK; bestow Strike on all allies except this Persona for 1 turn.
- Awaken: This Skill additionally bestows Strike on self for 3 turns.
Adjusted:
- Awaken: Increase the skill damage buff by an additional 10%. At the end of the turn, bestow additional Strike on self for 3 turns.

Basic Attack:
Original Skill:
The target takes damage equal to 200+175% of DEF; 25% chance of bestowing Shield on the ally with the lowest HP for 2 turns.
- Awaken: Probability of this Skill bestowing Shield increases by 25%.
Adjusted:
The target takes damage equal to 200+200% of DEF; 50% chance of bestowing Shield on the ally with the lowest HP for 2 turns.
- Awaken: Probability of this Skill bestowing Shield increases by 50%.
Royal Guard:
Original Skill:
The target takes damage equal to 250+250% of DEF; bestow Shield on a random ally for 2 turns.
- Passive: While this Persona is alive, when an ally has Shield, the effect is equal to that of Barbs; when an ally has Aegis, they inflict an additional 50% damage when attacking.
- Awaken: This Skill's damage buff increases by an additional 50%.
Adjusted:
The target takes damage equal to 300+280% of DEF; bestow Shield on a random ally for 2 turns.
Golden Gale:
Original Skill:
All enemies take damage equal to 200+100% of DEF; bestow Aegis on 2 allies for 1 turn.
- Awaken: This Skill bestows Aegis on all allied Personas, instead of two.
