Added Japanese and English voice-overs to Chapter 10 [Electric Memories]

k. Optimizations

Canceled the adjustments made to Reflect during the 1/16 update. Now, Reflect can be affected by mechanisms such as Extra Damage and Strike.
Fixed an issue that occurred when a unit with HPlock was attacked, triggering the HPlock effect. If the attack also had a dispel effect, it would cause the game to experience abnormal issues. (This issue has been resolved after the update on 1/22)
For example: When Frostblossom Eileen has HPlock, if she is attacked by Whitewater Blossom Cartilla's Ultimate Skill (with a Relic), this issue may occur.

※ Due to this abnormal issue causing some players to experience crashes, we will compensate all players with "Dream Crystals x100".
