Dear Immortals:

Following the 10/4 update, we became aware of issues affecting the server:

• 10/4 11:00 ~ 14:23 (UTC+8): Noticeably slow response times while entering and exiting Stages and Stores, navigating menus, and claiming rewards.
• 10/5 03:26 ~ 04:52 (UTC+8): Unable to start the game as normal.

These issues occurred because of a large quantity of newly added rewards, combined with a large number of players claiming them, which led to the server being overloaded.
The team are taking steps to resolve the issue, however players may occasionally encounter loading issues at 11:00 (UTC+8) each day for the time being. We will continue optimizing the game with adjustments to the server and an updated client.

We offer our deepest apologies to all Immortals for the inconvenience, and will be sending compensation to all players on the server.
