After launching The Jokers' Banquet event, we quickly noticed an error with one of the event rewards, and began emergency maintenance. Maintenance is now over, and we've fixed the issue.
Because the issue involved reward data, we've reset the following data:
- The Jokers' Banquet event points.
- The Jokers' Banquet event reward history.
We've sent out any event points you obtained before the maintenance to your mailbox.
We won't be rolling back the game data, and the rewards you've claimed and resources spent won't be recalled.
The only reward that will be recalled is the erroneous 15,000 event-point reward of 5,000 Tickets from The Jokers' Banquet event.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.
The following is compensation for the emergency maintenance:
- Contents: Deity Contract x10, Giga Stamina Potion x1
- Compensation Time: 09/20/2022 ~ 09/23/2022 10:59 (UTC+8)
Currently, the Faith Potion that was delivered before the emergency maintenance is currently unavailable. We will update the server to fix that issue. In the meantime, please collect the new event mail "The Jokers' Banquet Event Opening".
